This policy forms part of the Terms and applies to Temno hosted generation, transcription, chat and related services.
Use content you have permission to use
Respect the law and other people's privacy, intellectual property, likeness and voice rights. Obtain the permissions needed for uploaded content and intended uses, including dubbing, voice generation, face references and editing depictions of real people. Do not upload stolen credentials, private data without authority, or content you are prohibited from disclosing.
Prohibited uses
- Sexual content involving anyone under 18, including fictional or generated depictions, sexual exploitation or grooming of minors, and attempts to sexualize a real child's image.
- Intimate or sexual imagery of a person without their consent, including altered depictions, sexual deepfakes, threats to distribute them, or instructions to produce them.
- Impersonation, identity theft, fraud or deceptive depictions of real people intended to mislead others about what they said or did. Do not fabricate evidence, endorsements or authorization.
- Illegal content or assistance that facilitates violence, abuse, terrorism, trafficking or other serious wrongdoing; credible threats, targeted harassment, doxxing or incitement to violence.
- Infringing others' rights, distributing malware, stealing information or accessing accounts, projects or systems without permission.
- Evading provider filters, age or geographic restrictions, account restrictions, credit limits, authentication or other safeguards; exploiting free grants or billing defects; or disrupting service through abusive requests.
Model restrictions and generated media
A model can have stricter rules or limits on geography, commercial use, likenesses, voices or particular content. Only use a model where its applicable license and service terms permit your use. Model availability in a menu is not a representation that every intended use is permitted. Follow restrictions disclosed for the selected model and do not bypass them.
Review outputs before sharing them. Identify synthetic or materially altered media where required by law or necessary to avoid deception. Filters can miss prohibited material or reject permitted work; a successful generation is not a legal or policy clearance.
Reports and enforcement
Report suspected abuse to support@temno.io with the relevant job identifier and a description. Do not email illegal images, passwords or other unnecessary sensitive material. If additional information is needed, we will arrange an appropriate reporting path.
Temno may refuse requests, restrict models, suspend hosted access or terminate an account in response to a violation or a serious security risk. Providers may also refuse or stop processing. We may preserve or disclose limited evidence when legally required. We will explain action where appropriate and permitted, and you can ask support to review a mistake. Refunds and credit adjustments follow the Refund Policy and applicable law. We do not promise continuous human review of every submission.
