Free editing and paid hosted features
The Temno editor's free features have no purchase price to refund. This policy applies to subscriptions and top-ups bought from Temno for hosted services. Direct charges from a provider you use with your own key follow that provider's refund policy.
Requesting a refund
Contact support@temno.io within 14 days of the charge for a refund of a subscription payment or top-up if none of the credits from that purchase have been used. Include your account email and invoice or receipt identifier. Do not send card numbers, passwords or API keys. We verify the purchase and usage, then refund an eligible payment to its original payment method. We confirm the outcome by email; the payment provider determines when funds appear.
Purchases are sold through Link, Stripe's merchant-of-record service. You may also ask Link support for a refund, and Link may refund a purchase within 60 days of the charge in some cases. If Link issues a refund, we remove that purchase's unused credits when we reconcile it, as we do for refunds we issue.
If you have used credits, contact us about a duplicate or incorrect charge, a service failure or another problem. We investigate and provide the remedy required by law. We may also offer an appropriate voluntary refund or credit adjustment based on the circumstances. Disliking an AI output does not by itself guarantee a voluntary cash refund.
Cancellation and job failures
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals and normally leaves the paid period available until its end. It does not automatically refund past payments. You can cancel in the billing portal, or contact support if you cannot access it. A subscription refund request should say whether you also want to stop renewal; we will confirm that separately.
Some jobs use provider resources before completion or cancellation. If a failed or cancelled job appears to have charged credits incorrectly, send its job identifier so we can check settlement and correct an error. A credit correction is separate from a payment refund.
Credits after a refund or payment dispute
A full refund removes the credits attributable to the refunded purchase. A partial refund removes the corresponding unused credits as explained before the adjustment. We record each payment refund with its credit adjustment, so the same purchase cannot fund usage after the adjustment. A refund Link issues is adjusted when we reconcile it; credits used before then count as spent. Mandatory remedies remain available even if credits have already been spent; we explain how any remaining balance is treated. We do not automatically charge another payment method or create a new payment obligation to recover spent credits under this policy.
If you dispute a payment through your bank, let us know so we can investigate and avoid duplicate refunds. Stripe answers the dispute for purchases sold through Link. We may temporarily restrict the disputed credits while the dispute is resolved and will correct the balance to reflect the final result, subject to applicable law.
Your legal rights
This voluntary policy is additional to any rights you have under applicable law, including rights for unauthorized charges, defective services or required withdrawal periods. A statement that credits have no cash value or expire does not limit those rights. Any consent required to begin immediate digital performance must be obtained separately through checkout; this page alone is not that consent.
