Your agreement with Temno

Temno is operated by Wright Solutions Development, LLC ("Temno," "we," "us"). These Terms govern our website and optional hosted services. The editor's distributed software license and third-party notices govern the software itself; these Terms do not reduce rights granted by those licenses. The editor is distributed under the GNU General Public License, version 3; consult the license and third-party notices supplied with your copy for their applicable terms.

Temno provides a free Windows video editor and local MCP tools. Optional hosted AI features require an account and may consume credits. A subscription is not required to keep using local editing. Hosted model availability and system requirements may change.

Hosted accounts are for people aged 18 or older who can enter this agreement. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to bind it. Keep your account information accurate and protect your sign-in credentials. Tell support promptly if your account is compromised. You are responsible for people you authorize to use your account; this does not waive protections for unauthorized payments required by law.

Your content and AI results

You keep your rights in your projects and submitted content. You give Temno permission to process, store and transmit the content as necessary to provide the features you request, through the providers described in the Privacy Policy. This permission does not grant Temno ownership of your content. It continues only as necessary for the service and permitted retention.

Only submit content you have the right to use, including necessary permissions for people's likenesses and voices. Follow the Acceptable Use Policy and applicable model terms and restrictions. Do not represent generated media as authentic where that would deceive others. Provider and third-party rights may limit use of an output; we do not guarantee that an output is unique, copyrightable, accurate or free of third-party rights.

Review generated outputs and assistant edits before relying on or distributing them. AI can make mistakes. Local MCP clients and tools can change a project; choose your clients and permissions carefully and keep backups. Download hosted outputs you want to keep; temporary hosted storage is not a project backup service.

Paid plans and credits

Where paid plans or top-ups are offered, the checkout shows the price, currency, renewal interval, included credits and applicable taxes are shown before purchase. Monthly subscriptions renew until cancelled. Cancel through the account's billing portal or contact support@temno.io if you cannot access it. Cancellation stops future renewal and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. It is distinct from a refund.

Purchases are sold through Link, Stripe's merchant-of-record service. Link takes the payment, adds and remits any sales tax, VAT or GST shown at checkout, and sends your receipts and invoices; your card statement shows LINK.COM* followed by Temno's name. Link's terms of sale cover the payment, and these Terms cover Temno's service. You can also manage or cancel a subscription from your Link account.

Credits are a limited right to use Temno's hosted features. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred or redeemed for money except as required by law or the refund policy, and are not an investment. Plan and signup credits expire 90 days after each grant; purchased top-up credits expire 12 months after purchase, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Top-ups are offered to current subscribers. Cancellation by itself does not shorten an already granted credit's stated expiry.

The service shows the applicable credit quote or spending limit before a hosted operation. Actual usage may depend on model, settings and processing performed. A job can incur usage before you cancel it. A technically failed operation and dissatisfaction with an otherwise delivered output are different; report an incorrect charge to support for investigation. Confirmed unused reservations are released according to the service's settlement rules. Pricing changes apply to future quoted operations; subscription price changes receive notice as required by law.

See the Refund Policy for purchase refunds, credit adjustments and your mandatory rights. Using your own provider key may incur direct provider charges outside Temno credits.

Availability, enforcement and termination

We may limit or suspend hosted access to address security threats, unlawful use, policy breaches or payment problems. Where practicable we explain the reason and allow you to contact support for review; urgent action may precede notice. An automated provider rejection is not by itself a final determination that you violated these Terms. Enforcement does not remove refund or other rights that law requires.

You can stop using hosted services and request account deletion at support@temno.io. We handle personal data under the Privacy Policy. Local projects remain under your control. If we end a paid service, we will explain any applicable refund and transition arrangements; these Terms do not authorize keeping payments where law requires reimbursement.

Responsibility and disputes

To the extent permitted by law, services are provided as available without promises of error-free or uninterrupted operation, suitability for a particular purpose, or a specific AI result. Nothing excludes non-excludable warranties or liability, including applicable consumer rights, fraud or willful misconduct.

California law governs these Terms, except that mandatory protections of the law where you live continue to apply. Contact support@temno.io first so we can try to resolve a dispute. These Terms impose no mandatory arbitration, class-action waiver or exclusive county venue.

We may revise these Terms and give notice of material changes, including additional agreement where required by law. We will not retroactively change an accepted purchase's terms without a valid legal basis. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted.
